Central Florida Anglers to Enjoy Free Seminars, Block Party, Fishing Tournament, and More
Mud Hole Custom Tackle is excited to announce an event-packed fall schedule, offering Central Florida anglers and families activities throughout October, November, and December. In their continued focus on supporting the Central Florida community, the event schedule is designed to bring fun, education, and competition with programs that are either free of charge or provide funding for local organizations.
“We’re so thankful for the support of we receive from Central Florida anglers,” said Kevin Landers, Foundation Outdoor Group Event & Community Marketing Manager. “We’re happy to offer such a strong schedule of events and give back to the community that supports us.”
The fall schedule kicks off on October 3rd with Flats Class Day featuring renowned flats fisherman and educator C.A. Richardson. This is a free seminar taking place at Mud Hole’s Curt Baker Memorial Education Center in Oviedo. On October 17th, Mud Hole will host Johnny Jigs Jigging Day with a series of free seminars dedicated to the slow pitch and deep drop techniques. In November, Mud Hole will be participating in Oviedo’s Great Day in the Country event on the 14th and 15th and will host the 2nd annual Mud Hole Fall Block Party on the 21st. The Block Party offers over 40 vendors, free prizes and giveaways, food vendors, and amazing deals on everything fishing. And, as previously released, the following day, November 22nd, will feature the 1st annual Mud Hole St. Johns Showdown bass tournament on Lake Monroe. Rounding out the year, Mud Hole will host the Shimano Rod & Reel Tour on December 12th, featuring learning sessions and great deals on Shimano products.

In addition to these events, Mud Hole regularly hosts rod building classes in their Oviedo Education Center, with fall classes on October 16th, November 6th, and December 5th.
