Exclusive Northern Europe Bait Boat Distribution Agreement with Rippton Announced
Oviedo, FL, September 26, 2024 – Foundation Outdoor Group has announced yet another strategic partnership to enhance its expanding position in Europe’s burgeoning carp fishing market. Foundation has secured exclusive northern Europe distribution rights with Rippton, a leading manufacturer of bait boats, fishing drones, fish finders, and bite alarms. Exclusivity covers Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, and Sweden, all considered prolific carp fisheries. The agreement also provides non-exclusive distribution abilities in many additional European countries.

As part of the distribution agreement, Foundation Outdoor Group will also serve as the northern Europe Aftermarket Care and Service Center for Rippton products. The new service center will be housed in Foundation’s 2,100 square meter (22,604 sq ft) EU headquarters, strategically located in the port city of Halmstad, Sweden.
